Tottenham manager Thomas Frank praised his squad’s character after a gritty 2–1 win over Leeds at Elland Road. Mohammed Kudus and Mathys Tel scored the goals, ending Spurs’ three-game winless run.
Frank said: “I’m so happy for Mo and Mathys. They’ve had setbacks, but they delivered today.”
Spurs dominated early but had to weather a late Leeds surge. Frank singled out Xavi Simons for his best performance yet and credited the team’s resilience.
“Elland Road is tough. We defended superbly and showed real character,” he added.
