Newcastle United have finalized a £55 million deal to sign Brentford’s star forward Yoane Wissa, marking one of the Premier League’s most expensive transfers for a player aged 28 or older.
The 28-year-old Congolese striker, who became Brentford’s record Premier League goalscorer with 45 goals, underwent a medical and is set to replace Alexander Isak, who moved to Liverpool.
