Spurs Eye Sancho to Replace Son

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly targeting Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho as a potential replacement for their departing captain, Son Heung-min, who recently joined Los Angeles FC in a record-breaking £20 million MLS transfer.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the 25-year-old winger, who has fallen out of favor at Old Trafford under manager Ruben Amorim, is available for around €25 million. Spurs’ interest comes after their failed attempt to sign Manchester City’s Savinho, prompting manager Thomas Frank to shift focus to Sancho.

The former Borussia Dortmund star could revitalize his career in North London, filling the void left by Son, who scored 173 goals for Spurs. With the transfer window nearing its close, negotiations are heating up, and Tottenham are keen to secure Sancho’s signature to bolster their attack for the Premier League and Champions League campaigns.
