Sevilla are in advanced negotiations to sign Everton right-back Nathan Patterson on a season-long loan. The 23-year-old Scotland international has not featured in either of Everton’s opening Premier League matches and is keen to secure regular first-team football ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Everton manager David Moyes has prioritized signing a new right-back before allowing Patterson to leave, with Sevilla’s Juanlu Sanchez expected to join Napoli. Patterson, who joined Everton from Rangers in 2022 for £16M, is seen as a direct replacement at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium.
