Manchester United Firm on £50m Valuation for Alejandro Garnacho

Manchester United are standing resolute in their determination not to let star winger Alejandro Garnacho leave for less than £50 million. The 21-year-old Argentine, who has been linked with a move to Chelsea, has reportedly clashed with manager Ruben Amorim and expressed a desire to join the Blues.

Despite personal terms being agreed with Chelsea, United have rejected swap deal proposals and are insisting on a cash-only transfer, with a valuation of £50m, though Chelsea are pushing for a deal closer to £30m.

Garnacho’s frustration stems from a reduced role under Amorim, with only five starts since November, but United are playing hardball, citing his potential and market value compared to recent transfers like Anthony Elanga and Noni Madueke, who moved for around £52m.

With three years left on his contract and a modest £50,000-per-week salary, United are under no pressure to sell cheaply, viewing his departure as pure profit to fund squad reinforcements.
